Have Internet? Solve Ancient Mystery of EZ.

I have to laugh. Here we humans have invented a marvel of information technology. What marvel? The Internet! Of course. It has given us the ability to operate in a world without borders. To communicate with other people on the other side of the planet in the blink of an eye.

Imagine what we can talk about. Imagine the problems we can solve. Imagine the excellent things we can invent through collaborative efforts. We can even make music together. A person in one country plays the string instruments while another in a different country provides percussion and another in yet another country supplies the vocals.

So what do we do with this marvelous wonder?

We talk about popping zits!

Why not? I mean, after all, it is a universal problem that has plagued us for ages. Did you know that the health records for the Pharaohs of ancient Egypt indicate that they had acne? They say the Egyptian hieroglyphs refer to acne. That must have been some surprise to the translators.

Come now! We have solved the mystery of how to translate hieroglyphics. (Without the Internet I might add.) Nothing is holding us back. We have the Internet. Let us solve the ancient mystery of …

Why Do We Love to Pop Zits?

EZ? Egypt and Zits.  Mystery solved.

Common Thinking Mistakes We All Make - BufferApp.com (Reblog)

Each day is a brand new day and I am always thinking of ways to enhance or improve my creative thought process.

Ever heard of Buffer? This business provides a service that helps you automate your social media sharing. The organization currently enjoys a good online reputation and is as respected as their competitors - HootSuite.com, SproutSocial.com and similar sites.

Not only do they provide an excellent service, but they publish a very informative blog. Very excited to share this tidbit. See REFERENCE below.

Had not realized there are common thinking mistakes most of us make every day? Well … maybe everybody else makes those mistakes. I don't!

Mistakes 1 through 5?

  • Not me. No way!

Mistake 6?

Mistake 7?

  • OK. I was wrong about who the original artist was that sang the song! Really thought it was Petula Clark!! That's how I remembered it!

Mistake 8 ? Fine! I admit it!!

10 Hackers Who Drastically Changed the World

#1 is Julian Assange ... #10 is Anonymous

"Yes, literally. While hacking is as amoral as science or mathematics, and therefore couldn't possibly be morally wrong, it is indeed literally wrong. Hacking, in the broadest sense of the word, is to attempt to interact with a system (any system) in a clever, innovative, and challenging way that the system was not intended to be interacted with, or the wrong way."

The infographic below dates back to 2014 and displays the Top 50 Tech Blogs in India to be followed.

It's 2016 and perhaps others have been added to the list while others have bid the online world farewell. In my humble opinion, it was no surprise that ShoutMeLoud.com was Numero Uno!
